1. Password Mininum Length

This option can be toggled by administrators under the section:

Admin Tools

Click on System Configuration Tools :: System Configuration :: ORG Acct Setup

Toggle the Password Mininum Length dropdown to your preferred setting.

2. Hide passwords from PA view

You must contact Richweb to have this option turned on for your organization. This option helps with compliance examinations, especially for organizations where one or more PAs for an organization should NOT have access to lookup passwords. It is possible for PAs to reset passwords; end users can then login and customize their own passwords.

3. Currently these features listed below regarding passwords are NOT implemented but may be at a future date:

* enforce password changes on a recurring basis

* enforce new password is not the same as the old password (or one in a recent password history)

* enforce selection of at least one special character or number in a password.

Customers that have an existing user login system that enforces password change can simply instruct users to update their RT passwords when the main system requests or requires an update.
