Referral Trak Training Process Overview

Richweb uses a train the trainer model, meaning that we train your Program Administrators and your Managers. Then the Managers (or whoever your organization chooses to designate) trains the end users at your offices. The end users need to test the system after their training for a week or two to get comfortable and work out any changes that may need to be made with office/branch/department and/or product configurations. Richweb uses Webex software to perform the training. A computer connected to the internet with MS Internet Explorer browser is all that is needed at your site.
