This major release features betas of cross sell and lead tracking, plus alert configuration enhancements.
We also updated the Employee Mapping Summary summary screen based on meeting feedback to show all of the Branches/Depts/Office with employees listed.

1. Re-Route Wizard

The Re-Route tool has been rebuilt from scratch to implement the ability to
change the product, the destination office/branch/dept, and the person that
should get the referral when it is re-routed. If you do not need to change
the product to re-route simply select the same product from the dropdown.

The gatekeeper flags are honored by the re-route wizard.

2. Referred Party Merge Wizard
